Flights, Carnival costumes, fête tickets and transport, glam, photography, excursions, additional meals and travel insurance are not included. Ask about arranging optional services.
How do the airport transfers work?
Pricing includes one shared arrival transfer and one shared departure transfer per room booking, with both guests travelling together. Separate flight schedules or private transfer requests may require an additional charge, quoted in advance.
Can I choose my Carnival pickup times?
Included Carnival transportation operates at agreed group pickup and return times. Separate journeys or alternative times can be quoted separately.
Is the price per room or per person?
Both are shown. The per-person rate assumes two guests sharing the room. The full room total covers both guests under that arrangement.
How do I book and pay?
Start with an inquiry. We’ll confirm availability, your final quote, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms in writing before you commit.
